Minimum of 2 Nights Rentals
150$ One Time Cleaning Charge per Rental
Minimum age to rent is 25 Years old
Maximum guests 11 (extra day guests allowed with prior permission from Clam River Haven)
No smoking indoors
No pets allowed (service animals allowed with prior permission from Clam River Haven)
$350 fine for any indoor smoking or pets allowed indoors. Outdoor pets are discouraged due to the natural country woods environment with animals roaming free
Please note that either a contract must be signed and returned to Clam River Haven, LLC, or you may download the contract and click to agree to the terms and conditions.
